I've been going to Dr Henderson 10+ yrs and would never trust any other Optometrist. Huge fan of his!! Also, on behalf of my parents they give him the full 5 STAR as well.

My family have been patients of Dr Brody's since 2003. He is absolutely wonderful - always helpful, caring, kind, super knowledgeable, and always looking for the best solution for the patient. The staff at both locations are always helpful and friendly. This is one health appointment that we all actually look forward to every year.

I have been a patient with The Optometrist for years, and I have always been very satisfied with their work. One very busy Saturday afternoon they were booked and made time to see a young girl, who was not a patient, that was very worried about her eye infection. I Really appreciate their flexibility to see her and help her.
Well Done and Nice Job to the entire team employed there!

I went to 2 Doctors, they both said I would not be able to wear Contacts. A good friend of mine told me of a Terrific Optometrist-Dr. Ronald Henderson. He has 2 offices. I was fitted by Dr. Henderson & till this day they are fine. Last week I had a terrible eye infection, & he said come right in & we'll take care of it. It cleared up in 3 days.
Dr. Henderson is very precise, listens, & explains things fully.
If we could Bottle-Up his Calm Personality, & make a safe pill everyone could take, it would be a Better World. He is liked by
ALL!
Through the years I've gone to both Emily's for glasses, or they've answered my questions, & were so helpful, & knowledgeable. Liz helped me last, she really knows all about glasses.
I believe that if you really care about your eyesight, it's best to go to a truly Professional, & to get your contacts & glasses from the same office.

We were traveling through Lake Forest on our way to a family wedding and my daughter lost a contact lens. She had not packed any extras and was sad to think that she might not be able to clearly see her cousin walk down the aisle! Nicole gave us a pair of lenses at no charge. We were thrilled beyond all measure!! Thank you, all. This is what OUTSTANDING customer service is all about.

Dr. Brody is the best! I came to his Lake Forest office just when he was leaving for the Northbrook office. He could have said he didn't have time to see me. Instead, he took the time to help with a problem, explained my vision issues, and filled out forms. I was out the door quickly and off to solve my issue with the DMV. Thanks so much!

When I had a spontaneous eye hemorrhage while dining at a restaurant on a Holiday weekend, I was thankful that I had an eye doctor I could call in an emergency. Dr. Brody called me within minutes of me leaving a message.
He was able to calm me down and ask the appropriate questions and then assure me that I would be fine. Throughout the weekend as my eye became more alarming looking, I texted him pictures and he quickly replied and answered all my questions. Without an appointment on Tuesday following the holiday weekend he saw me immediately and conducted a complete eye exam and pressure check.
Dr. Brody and the staff are extremely professional, thorough, efficient and polite. Thank you Dr. Brody for your professional care and your diligence to your patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Henderson's for over 20 years! Once I got married and had a family, it was just the obvious choice for everyone to have their vision cared for by Dr. Henderson. He and the rest of the staff clearly enjoy their work, and consistently provide very personalized care. Their equipment is state of the art, and they have a very wide selection for eyeglass frames. The practice is very family-friendly, and my children enjoy going there. We know we will always be well-cared for, and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

There are very few doctors I enjoy seeing on a regular basis, but when I got to see Dr. Brody it is the opposite. He makes the visit easy and painless. Dr. Brody is extremely professional and really knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone going to him if they want the proper advice and service. I am a client for life!
